Not sure what his handheld device is- I use EAV and consciousness interface devices (similar to the SCIO) radionics and such.
I would try it but I try a lot of devices- if it's only 99.00 that sounds like a steal LOL, I'll pass it along to my colleagues that test out numerous devices as well.
