Well, I watched the Youtube on Dr. Ott, and Dr. Ott isn't telling the truth. Dr. Ott refers to a 1974 Kissinger report... so I found and read the Kissinger report. Dr. Ott quotes things in the report that just are NOT there.
People like to twist, distort and embelish things for their own purpose, probably to promote themselves.
Be careful and do your own research.
