Mudra!!! Yes!! The energies are rising!! and getting so bouyant!! I had a trying day yesterday....however,I felt much love & energy surge thru me and washed away my pain.....I felt the pain just transmute into nothingness, and love come from my core.....and I feel so much strength of purpose!!!
