egroup announcement: swap effort for quarter

Happy Spring Equinox fellow Avalonians!
I've created an egroup called swapeffort4quarter on google.
I thought this might work rather like the freecycle groups.
Post what work you have to offer and the location.
Others post what living spaces they have to offer and the location.
I figure with the economy, trading will be the best bet in the days to come..

currently aware of a small property for sale(for cheap) in the countryside, like lakes area of TX... would be seeking collaborators to make it a place to live with actual food growing out of the ground, development of alt. energies,
a cobb house would be ideal... contact me through this forum if interested....
