Has anyone seen this UFO a white cloud shape against black sky?

A friend of mine in Norway sent me this youtube video saying this was very similar to the "white cloud ship" he saw at night against a dark sky.

He said the one he saw had bright lights inside it until it faded away into nothing.

Has anyone else seen this type of phenomenon?

keep trying it is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen!

It takes awhile to load but once it starts going you can go to about 54 second mark is when it starts
