The human body has a energy field that interacts with the environment. If you and your spouse are in an argument and your energy is out of balance here is what you do to center your energies. This works immediately. Both of you will calm down and move into phase with each other.
The male and female face each other. The male puts his hands on the females waist at the top of her hips. The female places her hands on the shoulders of the male. This will allows a perfect energy flow between the male and female. The energy will automatically flow up and through each person in a circular way. Give it a try. Next time you see your spouse assume this position and see how you feel; even if your not fighting. Let me know your experience with this? |

That would have been useful about a year ago! Maybe i'll have a chance again to try it though.
Thanks Questiny! |

another way is to put hands to hearts with eye contact and breathe in synchronicity. POWERFUL, but maybe not the easiest when in an argument. The hand to hip to shoulder probably easier in that case!

But the make-up sex after a good argument is fantastic.

I am a student of Kama Sutra. But this is a a balancing of energies between two people that are in conflict with each other. This will allow you to be open to the others point of view and understand them on a level otherwise unknown. It gives clarity. Try it and see what happens. I assure you, you will be surprised of the results.

Another nice post Questiny.
Could be months before Mrs. Mizar and I need this, however I will remember and give it a go. IMO there is nothing more useless and self destructive than fighting with your spouse, in reality, you are fighting with yourself, that is why you can never win, and even if you think you do, it's a Pyrrhic victory. Glad you asked, 26 years already ![]() |

A man wants to be the biggest brightest star in a woman's Universe. The best, no other star can compare to it. For me, I keep this fundamental rule in mind when dealing with my spouse and in return the spouse returns the sentiment. These are two very different views on a relationship but if it is understood, their is harmony in our lives. This is what works for me. |
