Who is leaving UK now and why?

According to latest news via 'Bill' and moderator Kate, some USA citizens don't want to be here now, and must go home to USA immediately. Is this indicative of a lot of US citizens leaving the country, who may hold power in banking or celebrity? Who are leaving the UK now? If so - why?
Our key 'visionaries' dates were 22 - 28th September, thereafter chaos (we all assumed this to be USA) and 7th October high emotional - beyond 9/11 status, and the next hiatus 2nd week December 2008 start of major earth transitions.
Anyone 'tuning in' on this report?

I think you must have mis-heard the soundbyte that Bill Ryan (owner of Project Avalon) asked Kate to post.

It wasn't some USA citizens, it was actually a UN Official and his family who are British Nationals

Bill heard the comment on a USA radio show called Emergency Broadcast and thought it very strange & didn't know what to make of it. Hence his message to Kate asking her to post it on the forum as a possible heads up for the UK members.

Thanks for clarifying this! I've noted high-office/celeb types 'retiring' to 'look after their children' - Ruth Kelly for one. However - she may not be leaving the country.
