wierd stuff in my backyard!

Ok there is a city power truck ,pole wire storeage area , a block from my home, its all in closed in fence like they all are , this one is right next to the railroad tracks, and its normally full of trucks ect. Now it empty every thing is gone no trucks wire only one moble house type thing, and new tags on the fences that have f1 f 2 f3 f4 f5 ect, spaces close together on the fence at head hight! iv lived here 35 year this never happed befor .?

p.s should i hide a few wire cutters near the fence line lol.

I had the same problem then I stopped drinking and it cleared up.

Perhaps they have moved the trucks to do some construction and the mobile home thing is the construction trailor.
