Chemtrail story over Paris?

Hello

I work in England and am English... I work with a French man who mentioned a story about someone in France suing someone over the chemtrails over Paris which apparently has a no fly zone for commericial and military but there are still lines in the sky over Paris. This is not confirmed... I just wondered whether any of you guys had heard anything in your news which could give us hope to raise it with our governments too?
