REPORTS of strange sightings in the skies above North Wales have continued to flood in to the Evening Leader after a Saltney woman claimed to have seen 'six UFOS'.
Margaret Cushing from Saltney said she saw six balls of light move across the sky and called for more witness to the event to come forward.

A number of UFOs have now been spotted in Mynydd Isa, Hope, Penyffordd, and Holywell and have been captured on camera.

The latest sighting was made by Ray McGowan and his wife Avril, who saw strange lights from their bedroom window in Holywell.

"My wife called me to look at the strange lights she could see and I took some photographs.

"We would love to know what they were."

Robin Parker, of Mynydd Isa, was alerted to two bright lights 'hovering' in the sky by his neighbour.

Mr Parker said his neighbour, who works at Hawarden airport, had noticed the lights when looking to see a plane come in.

"When I got home from work my neighbour was stood his driveway looking at two bright lights," he said.

"He called me over and I thought it looked a bit strange."

However Mr Parker said he now believes the lights could be planets.

"I was hoping it was aliens but apparently Jupiter and Venus were really bright. It was more fun not to know what it was."

One sighting came from as far as Rhuddlan in Denbighshire,
Steven Hambleton said he has spotted 'distinctive lights' on three occasions.

"I just spotted something quite obvious and seemingly close, move very quickly in the clear night sky," he said.

"I was walking to the shop around 7pm, the sky was slightly overcast but you could see a few stars.

"There were two very distinct, bright, and very close together stars, that seemed lower and closer in the sky than usual.

"I don't know why, but they just stood out to me."
