there is so much bad news and yet there are surprises everywhere of a new understanding and heart, acts beyond the expected norm that have made a difference. I wanted to start a thread that showed the Spirit is still alive and may have some surprises in store for us that are kept out of mainstream news. A lot of time and energy is given to the bad news and changes, but what about giving the same amount of energy and time to those people whose inspiring acts of courage and character show us that there is something else besides doom and gloom happening in the domain of being human.....

this may seem a strange place to put a video about softball, and yes this story is about baseball but...its also got another story and that story is what legends are made of ...

Being kind to yourself and others shows a tremendous strength that can often seem so impossible if you dwell upon this teacher world called earth. The earth isnt to blame for any ill we all feel so deep, We cause our reality here. Its a great being who offers kindness whilst they are suffering. It is a great person who is hidden behind a human shell. If you can still find kindness important then you are not trapped by mans (the powers that control) ways. You are re linking with your higher self. In this day and age the world is dark at times and this is for a reason. We living now are here to nudge others into remembering who they really are. If this succeeds then this darkness shall pass like the wind and offer us a new reality upon this earth.

Everyone be kind and show it without fear of any kind of ridicule. Do the same when your personal experience tells you to feel or act like the victim.

We are all tested here. Tested to see if we can remember who we are.

Having a goal to do one good deed per day is a re-ocurring feeling that feels better and better the more you experience it. Try and stop at least once a day and just look around at all the natural things around you, snowflakes, blue water, a smile of another person. Or just any of the senses and what they have to offer. I throw a party every year for to celebrate just that and it's been growing every year . Yes give til it hurts, cause you'll never get there cause it feels so good.

Always remember only 10% of the wacko's make the news, it's all the good people of the earth that have no reason to make the news beause we are truly all good people.

a beautiful video and thanks for sharing. My thoughts for this younger generation who will be inheriting this world find me focused on children like the spiritual artist and prodigy Akiane and like this young 15 year old she has a message to share with everyone that speaks right to the heart!

I agree with you completely. I cant think of a better way then to grow in consciousness and consequently kindness for this is truly a door from our higher self to see the grander picture.

I have a special interest in the children who are making a difference by their acts and keeping it simple. by their energy and inner knowing and by the strength of it they are paving a way that can be followed to a brighter world after going through 2012. They are our future.

I believe strongly that what we concentrate on most is what we bring into our lives and focusing on the acts of kind and the incredible wisdom from the children is a great way to acknowledge them and their contribution to the world

I understand what you are saying-- but this child imo is seeing the world from a very different point of view -- her video was about the fact that these soldiers are people and these soldiers are waking too. check out the movie 'loose change' created by a soldier who woke up in iraq. there are many soldiers like him that we dont hear about. Some of those soldiers wanted work and the army gave them work in an economy that held few choices. videos like hers can help all people waking up!

It would be nice if this was the message, but i didn't see it. I didn't see any waking up by any soldiers there.

that is a beautiful video and the update on the two men who rescued Christian the Lion is on youtube as well. These two men are delighted that their story has reached so many people although a little astonished, it was for them something they will remember as a retelling gift for the world. The video about Christian the lion has been put back into production and people can buy it once again. the full story reaches the heart and opens our perception of how we relate to animals and what it does to them being held captive in zoos.

About the softball girls, when cooperation comes out in a competition context, we witness a higher kind of behavior. It moves us because it resonate with our deepest inner feeling of what's the best thing to do for all concerned.

This thread shows us the way by these examples of another possible world at our reach.

The "New Paradigm", "Kingdom of Heavens" or whatever we call it appears everyday, everywhere on Earth. Contemplating these kind of gestures is good for the soul. It spreads and may even transform Hate in Love.

It reminds me of a married couple who has forgiven the murderer of their daughter. It happened in Quebec, Canada about 20 years ago. They not only forgave the young man, but also accepted to visit him in jail on a regular base. It completely transformed the young man. They have not seen a murderer in him, but a desperate young man who committed an unbearable crime. The young man is acting still today as their son. An incredible story. Too bad i can't find it in Google search.

I remember the couple who forgave their daughters killer being on television and it was written in a magazine-- it made waves I recall as most could not conceive of this kind of heart consciousness and insight or power of forgiveness. A powerfull story about the transformation of Love forgiveness and so much more.
Thank you for the link to the video! I have seen it before and thought of this man being visited by and angel who transformed his life and now he is also transforming people with his testimony to the power of divine love from hate, greed and lust for power
its remarkable and inspiring... we depend on science and tech to give us answers but the doors opening for us contain a new knowledge for how to apply these higher principles and understanding to ourselves and for our world
