My Nutty Theroy for Comet Lulin

What if this comet lulin is an engineered comet? So lets say one of the advanced civilizations had the technological ability to make such a thing. But then again I guess if you have the cosmos mapped out then it is not such a big deal to build a beakon type of probe with a free energy device illuminating it. I just don't buy the explaination of different inert gasses frozen in the ice causing the green hue. That looks to me like some sort of galactic marker boowie. Perhaps it is pre programmed to make a pass by any civilized planet that is about to enter a drastically energetically different area of the galaxy. It is like a, ok, green light is a go. I am glad that this commet does not have a red glow. That would mean stop, it is a no go.

So In conclusion, my marker boowie theroy may be right or wrong. I just do not buy that this is a natural commet. Green commets? Since when?
