In self-development terminology or understanding that is what happens to a person who is on the path and has a realization that is big enough to cause a drain of energy and false data from his "bullpen" == a part of the mind where we store everything that doesn't quite fit in. It is also called by some "line charging" which is what I sometimes do after a very good session. It is a discharge of energy manifestation. Feels real good too, but I wouldn't get on a bus or train if I could help it - might be some killjoys :-)
