I get like 90% of that fom time to time, and I also get vibrations through some body parts at times like I left the cell on but in different parts of my body mainly my feet

There have been a couple of threads touching on Kundalini recently.
Have a look in the "Ego what is it and how to transcend thread. (spirituality)
Anyway the inormation on the link is correct as to the signes of K awakening and movment,
If it is awakened fully you are blessed and well on the way home
