Large Amount of Ufo's Over Lima Peru

I was there when it happened, literally like 30 ufo's near the coast in Lima. A couple days later the navy or govt or something said they were hot air balloons..

Hi,
Awhile back, while visiting Peru -- LMH mentioned a bunch of stuff in the nighttime sky moving back and forth which initially she though were stars, before they began to move erratically.
I understand Peru's a hot spot, as is Puerto Rico.
