Would this be the first "official" use of word recession?

jewisch illuminaty )) damage the hole country !!!!!!! with purpose!!!!!

i"m just dissapointed and WANT MY PEOPLE BACK !!!!!! (country )

....i can"t remember the 2 books i read ,that with helmut kohl, will find it....
