What a good film, caught it one night it was on one of the cable chanels.
I had never heard of it before, no real well known actors so to speak but what an eye opener.
When the main actor starts seeing the aliens through his special glasses he gets a real fright!
I see them everday without my glasses LOL!!

Contact was a real break through for me, like you say a real tear jerker.
On the interview of David Wilcock 2012 video, you can find this on you tube,
He mentions the film Contact, saying this was the basic looking glass technology in which Dan Burisch explains, also the chair in which Jodie Foster is seated is THE CHAIR the alien technology they took from the recovered space craft of roswell i think it was, excuse me if i have got that bit wrong.
We have to watch these films there is always a little truth in them you see.
Just like in Signs, how the kids protected themselves with the aluminum hats!
They say aluminum protects.
But i can't see myself going down the shops just yet with a silver foil hat on me head lol!!!

The film link to 'The fountain' i posted earlier is a great film spiritual and tear jerking in a strange way.The critics slated it-they have no taste-all that most critics are after is sex and violence and are surely under the kosh by agencies to barrage everyone with hate and viloence to instill it into our culture-some good films have to have that as an ingredient; don't get me wrong but i founf the fountain a very refreshing film ina melancholic sort of way.

WIERD my friend just showed me a scene where a guy gets glasses that see through the ********, obey on advertisements and business man that have evil skull faces(aliens?) when he puts them on.Saw this around same time as topic started. Has to be the same. definitively going to watch full thing.

One of the things I didn't like were the silly fight scenes, other than that, I loved it. Somewhat similar films I've enjoyed: 1984, Brazil, Dark City, The Matrix I, The Truman Show, V For Vendetta, and What Dreams May Come.

This is a really good movie; it is in my dvd movie library.
I have been watching the Xfiles series on dvd. NO commercials. Y-E-S!! It is sometimes disturbing but they state some things mater of factually.
Another series I have really enjoyed is Stargate. Now that we humans have technology we can understand that the ET’s are not Gods but sentient intelligent beings with more developed technology.
