Question What are you afraid of? Share your hopes and fears!

I am starting this thread with the intent of a healthy exchange
and discussion of some of the fears that we have in the hope
that doing so will lessen their effect on our energy.

Rather than a fear-fest, I am suggesting a candid, open
exchange of our individual fears about what we are experiencing
and where we are going. A logical progression of this discussion
could also include what hopes we are holding onto.

I think we will find that many of us have the same fears and
feel less alone.

I'll start.

I fear:
  1. That things will just keep getting worse
  2. That the ascension process and 2012 will be anti-climactic and we won't see any fundamental, lasting change
  3. That the current game will stick around for a long time to come, and I will be left holding the bag
  4. That I will decide to reinvest in this game, and have it all go to pot anyway
  5. That I will be trapped into yet another cycle of reincarnation, and won't be allowed to 'go home'
  6. That I won't be where I am supposed to be when and if things really start happening
  7. That I have already missed the boat, and am now staring at a dead end
  8. That it is too little, too late
  9. That none of this will ever be explained or make sense-my questions remaining unanswered

I think it's worth nothing that there will come a time and place where I will
be able to look at all of the things I was afraid of, and just laugh.....

Now, what are you afraid of?

Fiiish,
No, fear is not normal for everyone. And it's gobbled up by the entities which promote it. One can turn around, throw open the door where such things on your list are, and shine the light in that dark closet. Anchor and many others here say over and over, "Don't dwell on what you don't want." Let's lift the veil of our amnesia and know no fear.

Love Always,

Default Intention vs reality

I have always found that denial works well in a crisis, but serves
as a block over the longer term.

Acknowledging things we are afraid of can open the way to healing.

I agree that one has to be careful of focus-it leads to manifestation.

There are those without fear, and those who experience it but
do not allow it to control them. I am one of the latter, and I know
in that I am not alone.

This was not intended as a debate regarding the merits of fear
or lack thereof, merely as a place to share for those inclined.

For those with constructive comments, I thank you!

Default Look Jane, see Spot transmute

Ok, lets flip things around.

I hope:

1. That things will just keep getting better

2. That the ascension process and 2012 will be well worth the inconvenience
and wait and that we will see fundamental, lasting change

3. That the current game won't stick around for a long time to come, and
all of the changes I have made in preparation for the shift will pay off

4. That if I decide to reinvest in this game, it will be for the right reasons

5. That when my time is up, I have the free will choice to stay or leave

6. That I will be where I am supposed to be when at the right time

7. That I not only have a ticket, but have boarded the boat and on voyage!

8. That my contributions will combine with those of others to effect positive change.

9. All of my questions will be answered at the appropriate time

I'm afraid for international friendship as a whole. First of all, since Wall Street mucked up as badly as we know by now, will the rest of world judge the average working American for not preventing such corruption? Will folks in other countries realize that the top of that pyramid was so high that we couldn't even see it, let alone do anything about it? That we are as angry and frustrated as the rest of the world over this? Most open hearted people around me are not even aware of the disdain and hatred, and so they go about their merry way, visiting the UK, the continent, Asia, and so forth. I'm afraid that the Americans are so very unaware of their present position in terms of attitude toward them. Anybody care to tell me I'm just paranoid?

Hello Fiiish.

There is two kind of fears. The first comes from something real, right in front of you, at the moment, in the now. It makes you act, it gives you adrenaline and get your butt out of the way faster then you could ever imagine. Your heart beats at 300 but you have the adrenaline to maintain it for a while. It is instinctive. This fear is a natural mechanism for survival. When extreme, you can jump 6 feet in the air. You can crush a wooden door, you can turn a car upside down. I already experienced it. It is real and very useful.

Now, about the second kind. The second kind of fear is the most common. The one we always talk about. The one that is there because we are not it the NOW. The one that is psychological and instead of making your butt to fly, it sticks you into the ground like if you were stuck into a hole of mud. Fear of something very active in our head, but not real, at least not yet. This fear keeps your focus very active, all creative energy gathering around the thought you fear to happen. Then boom... It is there.

Observe the wild animals. Fear makes them run extremely fast, in the good direction. When the danger is gone, they become calm again like if nothing had happened.

Namaste, Steven

Linda,

First, thank you for sharing.

Second,
I think your concerns are legitimate, but the damage can be undone in time.

Steven,

I agree completely. Fear can serve us, or we can serve it.

Fear is something we have lived with for such a long time, fear of hunger, our families well fair, our friends, the hungry the poor, victims of natural disasters and the monetary system. The list is endless.
How will we ever forget our fears when we have lived a life of fear for so long?

Ammit,

Living without fear is certainly not easy. Some would say it's damn
near impossible. But I am working on it.

I can see a time when we are no longer being bombarded with
frequencies designed to keep us in a state of fear. It will be much
easier then. In the meantime, I have found it helpful to be very selective
about what I let in, particularly with the mainstream media.

Good lil thread
Fear and love...thats all we experience. Yes there are many sub-groups/tenticals of these two emotions.

What helps me greatly is to remind myself that I only have control over myself/higherself/ego. Im a father of two daughters and this has taught me major lessons in energy/love, reactive respones, and what I can control...my own energy

We also must foRgive ourselves and remind ourselves that we have been DUPED.

Imagine if we were introduced, while in the womb, to all the real stuff. Who we really are, our connection to everything, without fear without the DIMM,
Deception, Illusion, manipulation, and mind control...

I truely do not fear anything like I used too. Thats what awakening has done for me, because I now realise I have been Duped. I have forgiven my self.

peace

I'm fearful of the world our kids will have to live in. My 12 yr. old son has Type-1 Diabetes and with insulin having a short shelf life, I'm fearful that if the US goes completely in the tank, vital medicines may be hard to come by.

I fear losing everything I have and ending up on the street. I try not to dwell on it but right now, it's getting pretty hairy.

I understand your motive Fiiish. Your intend was not to ask people to focus on fear, but rather facing them with courage. You have all my respect for this. I think your true intention was not understood by many here. It is ok.

Nevertheless, the thread is interesting and has a high value. Simply ignoring fear as it was a highly contagious cancer is certainly not the way to meet with our true power. My experience showed me that it is the opposite. Facing your fear is how you can cross the door leading to the crossroad of worlds.

On the other hand, I also understand why some people did not appreciate this thread. It can be interpreted as contemplating your fear. If you stare in the darkness too long, you will bring something back with you from there. You might printed your matrix a little further. You might get overwhelmed by your fears.

If you have many fears hunting you. Take them one at a time. One by one, beginning with the easiest to deal with. Face them... With the certitude you can get over it with dedication and knowledge. Go step by step, don't rush anything. Go progressively at your own rhythm. Start facing them into your own mind, if you succeed in your consciousness, you will succeed in reality.

And take time to contemplate what it will be to live without them. Focus on yourself, into action, without this fear. Feel the freedom and the joy... Never loose this focus and you will see your fear will fade away...

I hope it helped.

Namaste, Steven
