The meditation aspects of the protocol which can be learned by listening to the CD's available at the CSETI web site have all the information you need to make contact. While the visualization aspects of the meditation are not overly complicated, there is a definate chain of events in the meditation that need to be followed to establish coherent communication with the off world ships of light.

If I posted up the entire protocol it would take me a few hours to type up. The lasers only work if you have already opened up communication with your consciousness and through visualization have shown the ET's generally where you are on the Earth. The mantra meditation combined with the remote viewing technique that Greer teaches enables you to actually remote view cites on other planets and UFO's on the other side of the Galaxy.

I would say that if you really want to get the contact dialed in, then you need to listen to the CD's. He describes verbally way better than I ever could on a few forum posts. He also has the protocols in written form in his new book. However, you really need to hear the mantra to get it all to work.
