I don't think this is snow mold. This stuff is appearing on the pavement
and brick, plus we don't get snow in Phoenix!

It can, and often does, form in areas that have never shown it before after an area has been wet for a long time.. long periods of rain etc..

This might explain why it has not shown up before when it has rained.

We have been getting quite a bit more rain than usual lately.

Chemtrails and their effects are real, but this white stuff may not
be evidence of that, just "efflorescence".

That is a relief!
