What Happened to the US declaration of naqtional debt that was due on the 30th Sept.

Hi,

Does anyone know what happened about the declaration of national debt for the US on the 30th sept?

I thought that they were also due to give the total debt 2 days later? This was according to George Green. The other thing is, How could they do this when it falls on a Jewish Holiday when they aren't at work?
