German Military to be used inside the Country !

after WW2 the new german constitution disallowed any armed military operations inside germany The only way the military could be used, was to protect the country from outside attacks.
after the government meeting over the bankin crisis this sunday,
the german government decided to make a new law and change the
constitution to allow the military to be used inside the country to
"fight terrorist threads", if the police cant handle the emergency !

this was decided nearly secretly, as the banking crisis talks made the
headlines.
it has to go trough votes first, but the timing makes me scared.

i am very concerned about this.
