Antonia, If your travelling by Dart, get off at Dunlaoire, Ask anybody where the Shopping center is, its about 2 minutes walk from the dart. Its not a large shopping center, you will find the Lime bar easy enough once there.

If travelling by car. I'm going to presume you know which direction Dunlaoire is in, Just follow the coast road untill you reach where the ferry terminal is and you will be beside the dart station mentioned earlier. The shopping centre is a big red brick building you can't miss it.
Also, when in Dunlaoire, just ask anyone, they will know and point you in the right direction.

Buses from town such as the 7, 7a, 46a all stop beside the dart station so you should be ok.
Im sure you can get all of these busses from O Connell bridge.
