I'll answer in English, ok?

I meant how prepared the official emergency management agencies and offices are. Police, fire department, military, health care, communal structures have their part in this for sure. But are they prepared for mass catastrophes, like food riots or large migrations of masses, from cities to countryside, and between countries? Do they have plans for how to distribute little pieces of land *) for, say, the migrating Dutchmen who have had their homes under water due to rising sea level? This is work for different political activist groups.

Then, the list of possible things go on.

- Education. There's a school for sustainable development going around (kestävän kehityksen kiertokoulu) in Tampere region. More education about survival skills and farming would be welcome, I think. Self-organized groups can also meet to study things.

It seems that this thread about Finns goes small with this pace.

*) I have some friends who have lived in self-sufficiency for many years. They grow all their food on their own. I think they said two ares (aari: 10 x 10 m) of land is enough for producing all the food for one year for one person. Mushrooms, berries, and some fish added. So, one should not need that much land to live on.
