What is your level of debt

I could pay off one of my vehicles (15k) if i wanted, but the hubbs and I wanna keep the money for now, just in case...I owe about 410,000 on my house (YIKES!!)...But no credit card debt, thank god!

I have a lot of assets, though, and assets are the key in the banks mind really. If it comes down to it, youd have to be able liquidate your "assets" in order to pay for your debts without using money. We own 4 motorcycles and 2 paid off cars. So those assets would help me if I needed them.

Im not doing too bad, but my paychecks are so awful right now I have to get a second job. Working in the "finance" industry isnt too lucrative right now....ack!
