Yes - lower vibrations seem to 'creep up' on us frequently - you are absolutely right - SO WE WILL demand these undesirables to cease and desist - block them from our lives/fears but be aware that they may try to infiltrate elsewhere.
Close your mind to negativity, have a lovely warm relaxing bed-time drink/bath etc. (no alcohol!!!)
