Agree - sharpening knives is fun.
I use a stone, and the process is almost a meditation in itself. I'll try the files though - where do you get them from? A.. |

Ok I feel dumb now. I first thought they were some new kind of file, now I realise what.
I wouldn't use them on my knives unless they do them in 8000 grit ![]() |
