I don't believe it's true. My comments are on the other thread about this.

US Declaration of Insolvency....UPDATE Mr Mitchell has replied to someone who thought the Court was suppose to hear the case yesterday. It was not! The Declaration of Insolvency was only delivered yesterday. I am following this daily, and will report as I get it. Here is the email I received: Milkmaid From: Paul Andrew Mitchell upremelawfirm@gmail.com> Subject: Re: Status of U.S Declaration of Insolvency To: "syeager@kvnet.org" yeager@kvnet.org> Cc: "SupremeLaw" upremelaw@googlegroups.com> Date: Wednesday, April 1, 2009, 7:32 AM No. It was not "set to be heard yesterday" in the bankruptcy court in Washington State. It was, however, delivered by the Postal Service at 5:31 a.m. yesterday and, as such, it was legally served at that time. In point of law, the automatic stay described in that DECLARATION OF INSOLVENCY went into effect at midnight ending yesterday. Therefore, the United States is now officially insolvent as to its alleged debts to the Federal Reserve Banks, and the automatic stay authorized by U.S. bankruptcy laws is now in effect. A simple English explanation is here: Includes all the supremelaw.org links http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread451078/pg1 On Wed, Apr 1, 2009 at 5:36 AM, syeager@kvnet.org yeager@kvnet.org> wrote: Dear Mr. Mithchell, Many of us at the 912 Project are anxious to know the status of the United States Declaration of Insolvency that was set to be heard yesterday in the bankruptcy court in Washington State. Please advise me of the outcome so I may pass it on to them. Thank you, Sandra Yeager forum member 912 Project Another Link with Reference to Declaration of Insolvency: United States' DECLARATION OF INSOLVENCY Explained in Simple Language We've now hyperlinked the DECLARATION OF INSOLVENCY with Exhibits (see DRAFT #4): http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/fox2/insolvency.htm (see all the Exhibits for a detailed explanation) The "United States" in Federal law means the Federal Government: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/28/1345.html The Federal Reserve Banks are private municipal corporations, created by Congress back in 1913: http://www.supremelaw.org/decs/lewis/ When Congress needs to spend more money that it takes in with taxes, it sells bonds to the FED. The FED buys those bonds with money which the FED creates out of thin air. Congress must repay the bond principal and interest, and it liens on the American People to do so, with NOTICES OF FEDERAL TAX LIEN, NOTICES OF LEVY, NOTICES OF DEFICIENCY, etc. See subtitle F of the Internal Revenue Code for all enForcement statutes. We summarized the entire scam in Chapter 8 of "The Federal Zone": Continues: http://www.wethepeopleforpeacenow.org/ |

Can anyone with a legal background translate this into layman's terms? I get a headache when I'm trying to decipher legal-speak
