Who does the testing , Is it impartial , Do law makers and politicians have their children tested , What about the Elite ,Military and law enforcement . If they seriously think they are going to be able to take children from law enforcement or military family`s and kill them off or sterilize them with out repercussion they are nuts . You would see many go postal on the PTB and or GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
