Ways to Generate Love

Forgive - Forgiveness is a wonderful way to release the past and to love unconditionally. Drawing a line behind you, you can free yourself of limitations and be at peace with the process of life. Move forward to new beginnings.

Meditate - sit quietly, breath deeply, visualize your heart as a blazing orb of light

Be still in any moment of confusion, fear or anxiousness and focus on your breath. In the stillness comes the solution.

Look into a mirror and see yourself as for the first time and say, "I love myself Unconditionally."

Journal - write out your feelings to better help yourself understand who you think you are and how you really view yourself.

Hug someone.

Hug yourself.

ok no takers ..
well i had many techers and gurus ... who told me ...dont you
know its all perfect ...and i would sit there with my what about this and my what about that !!!!but now hmmmm im tho a little nervous to tell you thisas there may well be some reaction to it ....that i do belive that its all perfect ... and that realy leaves me a little out on a limb ...here at the avalon forum ... as much here is about finding it far from perfect ... but im going to finally stick my neck ...and say that yes i do now belive that its all perfect ... wont be eny good you asking me well what a bout this and what about that ...cos i cant tell you enything ..about whats not perfect ..no more than i can tell you what is ... tho there is... only what it is...and it is perfect...
i guess we need to see the whole picture and it seems that some do get to see it and then all is revealed and right there is what is ....
and it could be said that way ... but the mind will say what about this n that .. so there is a constant action and reaction this goes on infanitum it seems .... so to live the life here now in the what is ...
i settle down into true surrender ...and a peace comes from knowing that it is all as it should be all it ever could be ... yes i know about the what about this n that ... does you head hurt ....look i dont ask you to belive me ...im just telling the truth for me .. all i can offer
right ...im, not after a big battle with you .. i respect you and your difference if you have one ..this is a multi coloured heaving mass of energy ... come on guys who am i to argue...kind of rediculous dont yer feel i realy like some feed back ... eny takers ...
