MMS is 28% sodium chorite. Im not sure what strength sodium chlorite is sold as, its prob not 100%.
However, simply dilute the sodium chorite to 28% strength and you have MMS. Remember its sensitive to light, so store accordingly.

If you buy sodium chlorite tell them its for cleaning your pond or swimming pool.
