![]() The psychological fear which comes because we are not in the moment, but rather worrying about something in our mind is in the Ego, not in the Higher self. If someone do not experience this fear anymore under any circumstances, it means the Ego has completely stepped aside and the higher Self has taken all the place. It is a journey. Not at any time since the last few years have I had any hint of such an emotion. I also know for sure that my ego has not stepped aside. I do embrace my ego. It operates within normal parameters most of the time and occasionally wrestles control from my higher mind ![]() When I find myself in some kind of danger, say crossing a road and being taken by surprise by say some huge lorry bearing down on me then I will undergo the fight or flight reaction and run! That kind of fear works for me. At the same time I can remember my guides/guardians/protectors triggering a fight of flight reaction and enabling me to avoid serious trouble and I have been saved that way a couple of times - and I didn't even know what the problem was until after I was moving!
