Hi eXchanger,

I've thought about some similar ideas of a shared structure, where the owners can rent out the space when not in use, but at a lower entry price point, $25-30k with private room and common space. If you can attract $50million, you have some talent; these days, not many people have $150k to spare.

I plan to visit Toronto, and hoping to see few of you in person to discuss in details, I do not know how close missauga is from Toronto, but I’ll see what I can do.
I don’t have a car and don’t really have much money because I am university student… (university of waterloo)
I have one and few pontential like minded people they are like a year or 2 younger than me (I am 20)
My parents…if I say few more times, I think my dad would send me to mental hospital.
