The Great Gathering Together 'Truth' Circles

i'm in my 52nd year, didn't need glasses, til last year
(and, only need them for reading or computer work)
i'll bet most people, my age, need glasses
(although, yes, i have done some sun-gazing)
i do that the smart way
(i record 30 sec. of sun,
and, then, ask my higher self/essence/and, monad,
to play it; 30 sec x 30 x 2 = for 30 minutes of it, while i sleep)
that way, i don't burn out, my physical eyes, on the 'real' sun
(funny thing, it works)
