Yup, I know what you are talking about.

I start the session with almost absolute blackness, but with some determination and the help of my facilitator the picture starts to unfold one way or another. I have been to several different facilitators but the one I have now is tops of them all.

Now, just think, after about 150 hours of practice you will know everything about yourself, lol. Hubbie has received over 150 hours of practice looking at his more traumatic past lives and now he can just slip right into it -- and more. He is also starting to time travel and re-structure things. If he can do it anyone can.
