Plan to depopulate 90 percent of us in the northern hemisphere?

From the information I'm getting our "Keepers" won't allow this to happen and if it does, they will simply "re-set" the planet back in time and we will all get to go through this time again, slightly tweaked. How they are going to keep pulling that off time after time I don't know. I would think that eventually their costs would get too high and they would have to come up with a better idea.

They gave us technology so that we could keep this planet populated with a lot of humans to accommodate the influx of new arrivals. They did not mean for us to destroy ourselves with the technology, but they do want to keep us very traumatized and hassled so that we won't see the truth and leave, ha.
