Past Lifes

While I have no recollection of any past lives, I don't deny it as a possibility. Can repetitive dreams be considered as an indication of a past life?

Personally I think this may be things to come. When i get this kind of dream its usually things yet to come for me that never make sense till they have passed in this life currently. I dunno how the seers interpreted anything. Notrhing makes sense till I have hindsight.


Seriously, no mattter your religion, or beliefs, just ask whatever you percieve to be your guiding force if it is acceptable and permissable to know, that you would like to see some of your past lives. Do this after getting into bed at night. Look up realaxation techniques, visualize each body part one at a time losing tension, being healed, filled with peace and the health and resilience of the young. Do your whole self every night even if you dont get what you asked for. I always fell aspleep before I was done, but have this feeling I completed it after consiousness left me. Eventually you may get some information, and you will be much healthier.

It truly worked for me. Some people arent allowed the knowledge of past lives, no matter how hard they try. some are. I cant say why, all I can say is that I was incredibly physically sick and depressed before the meditation relaxation and force field before bed, and after six months was dramatically improved.

You also envision yourself in an impregnable force field that no negative force may penatrate. Always!!!! Do not stop this! Its your house, keep the door locked till you invite someone in. Dig it?

Even if this sounds stupid to you, metaphysical babeling bullhockey and all that, whats the harm in trying eh? No one to know and it costs you nothing but a ever so small effort.

Yes, I have seen for myself that one can practice controlling the REM states of mind and pick up past and future timelines, and even effect changes once one gets real practiced at it. Practice, practice, practice.

My only request for yourself and all those connected with you is that you get the whole picture, including the really bad stuff, and this usually does not come in the first dream. My dream would always stop right before I got killed, but now I realize that it is important to see the death scene too, AND what I did to pull in the "karma".

For example, I'm still crying today about what I did to other people last lifetime, having now seen it yesterday, and that tells me that I need to take a closer look, something I'm not looking at yet. The incident first came up in a series of dreams, but not the really "bad" parts. I had to enlist the help of a past life facilitator (no hypnosis involved) to help me create a safe space for viewing the worst of the incident and coming to grips with its consequences, even in today's life. That is how past life dreams become therapeutic and life changing. Otherwise they are just interesting and possibly entertaining personal mythologies, a story and identity that gives some self-importance.

This is all so fascinating...I have always wanted to see one of my past lives and have no idea how to go about it.

Is this something I can find out for myself or have you guys went through some sort of regression techniques?

I have no experiences with past lives but i do have a memory of the future.
You see i have always known since a little girl that Earth is not my true home.
And i still wonder why i have travelled back to this time zone, the only reason i feel is to carry on some genetic link in my dna.
I have 3 children and 1 grandchild so now i have passed that genectic link.

Why this genectic link had to placed i do not know that either i have my suspicions.
My eldest son on this time zone was a friend in my future past, he had memories of another time zone also when he was just a tiny tot.
My home is a planet with 3 moons, that's all i know.
When i came to this earth in the birthing scenario i remember feeling only love. It did not take long before that dream and sensation was shattered.
Since that time i have felt nothing but sadness and a yearing of home.

Welcome to Earth and may it bring you some happiness. We have had so many home planets and galaxies, but we lost ourselves a long long time ago. Earth might be the place where you find yourself again.

Most of my past life knowledge came from my dreams but only one or 2 from actually seeing it flash in front of me ..


For some it is natural for some not, depends on who you are and other issues in ones life....

I am sure that if you can not do it on your own, then you could find a sort of spirit guide that may help you, but be on guard, some are not what they claim.. You just have to use your intuition on all things.

Meditation helps as well, find what ever works for you in all things.

I use a facilitator and we work starting with my dreams which are probably past life events. I also can work with issues I'm having in this lifetime and track back to a past life from there.

As I stated, I ask whatever you/I percieve to be your guiding force if it is acceptable and permissable to know, that you would like to see some of your past lives. When I am shown it is because it will not interfere with what I must learn this time. If I may see the entire lifetime, there is nothing that would cause a problem with this one. We are shown what we may see. Nothing more, nothing less. Wanting isnt getting. Asking for the whole picture doesnt always result in everything being revealed.

Some people are never allowed to see shaddows of what was or ask personally that they are not to be made aware while in this incarnation. Its individual choice and of course always the One's greater understanding that decides the path.

Without meaning to, other people can lead the individual and so a true experience isnt found. I think its a personal trip without room for any guides save those that are not currently here with us in this reality. Spirit guides, maybe. No human ones, this is a personal ride. No room for excess baggage that may not be ours. I have seen bad facilitators with strong personalities that lead the person, not follow them where they should. Many. My opinion.

If you do not see, it doesnt mean youve never had past lives, it merely means you may have left the do not replay sign out before coming this time. No big deal.
