I am also in. I try meditating but my mind tends to wander too much, so would love to improve. When will it start.. Thanks !!!

I have been waiting to find silence in my mind, when I'm not playing music my mind is constantly at 6000 rpm. I know there is ADHD in my family, however it is not crippling, it just never allows for quiet in my mind. I eagerly await your guidance.
