It is a tiring mission we took on, especially in our 3D matrix, but when we make it and get back to our real selves, I hope to get a group loving hug.

Nope. I'm with you. I'm looking to do something with this information in 2010. The only thing I plan to be following closely is the world financial scene because that can cause major problems close to home.

Most of us have been surfing the crest of this informational disclosure wave for many years.. Its only a few days ago that I realised the wave has crashed over me and Im being dragged along in the whitewash. Feeling burnt out too lately and realised that its impossible to be everywhere at once.. so yes your energy Burgundia is something alot of us are feeling now.

Ill pick myself up and paddle out to the next wave though, its sometimes a tough responsibility but its what I chose; To be awake and to be of service.

Hello Burgundia. I know what you mean. Like it was said, it is time to digest it all. Let your subconscious do the rest. You certainly know it is not the amount of information that matters, but what is integrated. And Integration is made unconsciously. Just disconnect a bit and let the work be done by your "higher self" within.

After a little while, you will have taken several steps back and you will see with ease with a different perspective. Being submerged too long into the depth of "fringe information" is like looking at yourself the nose stuck to the mirror. You just see "Big Details". Useful at some points, but exclusively that is unbalanced.

Your passion to discover and knowing more, being more, will drive you back here soon enough, in this, I have no doubt.

P.S. Remember that little special visit you had once, the butterfly... It means transformation to higher possibilities...

I had a nice internet free break over the holidays. I went home (more literally than one might think,
i vacated my Clawson MI apartment and am currently at my sisters house now using some neighbor of her's unsecured wifi so i'm just popping in for tonight)
for the holidays and learned to do of all things sudoku puzzles! It kept me from going totally bonkers since i was adjusting from chain smoking cigarettes
as i did indoors in my old apartment to smoking once every 1-3 hours out in the frigid arctic air of northern MN which ranged from 20 degrees below zero (BRRRR)
to 20 above which while better than sub-zero is still below freezing!!!
Anyway the point being is that plenty can be said for stepping back from the computer and
doing a stupid puzzle, or playing a game of dominoes or even just staring out the window!

Threads like this one are food for the soul! I couldn't have described my feelings any better than you did.

I only decided about a week ago that I should follow all the advice that resonated so strongly to 'go within'. I have stepped up my mediation practice, shut off the TV & being VERY selective what I listen to on radio.

I've begun what feels like the inner equivalent of climbing Everest, facing the fear feelings that have nagged at me for too long. Those that manifest as tension in my lower gut and solar plexus area I am learning to embrace whenever I become aware of them, no matter what I am doing.
