I'd recommend it to everyone, along with a thorough examination of everything you are using, from toothpastes to shampoos, perfumes deodorants, soaps, and everything else, too.

No I haven't read it, it sounds like a great book, thanks. I make a lot of my own products that I use, then I know what is in them.
