Whatever the exact symbolic interpretations are...and whatever the exact implementational aspects of the hierarchical power structure are...the basic chain of command seems to be Draco > Sirius > Earth. If Draco was removed from the picture...I think things would improve exponentially...but I don't know how much it would cost to accomplish this. I once heard a pastor say that few people know how much it costs to keep light on Earth. This could be the being who gives Lucifer (or equivalent) orders. Popes and Presidents...Rockefellers and Rothschilds...may all be janitors in this power structure.

My usual disclaimer is that I don't really know what's going on...but I have to consider all of the possibilities.

That word "Lucifer" confuses me quite a bit.

In the above, are you thinking that Lucifer is a physical being like the nine-foot tall Reptilian?

And when you say "Sirius" do you mean a star or a Sirian?

Is the Purebred Reptilian Leader really Satan? Is this the Reptilian God of This World?

Please at least watch the second part of this documentary...and notice especially the portions which discuss Sirius.
