Yes me to,wake up in the middle of the night and wondering what i`m wakeing up for at this hour?well seems i`m not the only one

Yes, I have to say this is happening to me too. At least the time seems to be gone when I sometimes suddenly had to lay down in the middle of the day for several hours in a groggy trance like state with just a spark of consciousness burning in the background... That was not always convenient...

The hour +/- around 3 am is (according to my Dr. TCM), if you go to sleep between 10 and 12 pm, the time the liver really starts to rev up its cleaning. Perhaps it is a sign that your liver is flushing rapidly which is good! Of course, if it lasts too long it may mean your liver is clogged....

I've been getting up at 3 as well...hope it doesn't last more than a week, even though I know my liver is a bit haggard. Sigh. I'm getting a rooster this week and my sleep patterns will change completely! I love the sound of a rooster in the morning.

yes my sleep cycles have definitely been disrupted for a little while now, but i recently got a job working nights, so it seems the universe has cushioned me!

I have been more tired than usual and I've been sleeping like a baby.

Once my head hits the pillow its lights out.

I'm doing much the same but I put it down to it being the onset of warmer weather down here in Australia. I've been drinking a lot more water and fruit juices during the course of the day. This results in me waking up to the call of nature in the wee,

small hours of the morning.
