My apologies if this report by now deceased William Cooper has been posted previously on the Forum.

It is a lengthy report on how the United States government and its secret societies globally have deceived the populace on the alien presence and how the super technology to solve the food, overpopulation and energy problems was within the Elite's possession to distribute freely to the masses however the Elite opted instead for mass genocide through birth control, sterilization and the introduction of deadly microbes to slow the growth of Earth's population as the Elite feared the loss of their political and economic control.

Starlah: I think Bill Cooper was on the right track. I don't know if he got everything right. He even questioned whether he got everything right. There are other videos of Cooper on Google Video: http://video.google.com/videosearch?...+cooper&emb=0#. Also, check out the following video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...71240361070544. It's of poor quality, and rather strange...but it seems to be an extension of Cooper's material. I found it quite helpful...in a scary way. A lot of this stuff is scary. The Powers That Be are probably the most fearful...as they know exactly what is going on!

Cooper was an good, credible and brave researcher doing the absolute best he could, navigating an ocean of disinformation, and all this for G-d, Country and Family.

Here's a quote from the very document posted and, as with most of the money trails from the major revolutions/wars of the last 200 years, it leads to your side of 'the pond'. This is after all where this pyramid of power/business model was created and funded. Cooper gave credit exactly where credit was due which is straight at the proverbial ROOT of the problem.

"Silent Weapons of Quite Wars", which, according to Cooper, the Illuminati's declaration of War upon the people of America, as it was formulated by the Policy Committee of the Bilderberg Group during its first known meeting in 1954." The document, dated May 1979, was found on July 7, 1986, in an IBM copier that had been purchased at a surplus sale. Below the link is another quote from yet another document of Coopers. He also wondered why, with all these downed craft and contacts, the government ALWAYS get's there first? Why is there still no physical evidence? His conclusion was the Illuminati was behind the UFO/ET phenomenon all along, and when blond haired/blue eyed 'Aliens' step out of the spaceship it may well be the coup de gras of the Illuminati plans started in Europe.

Most people are aware that anyone can be made to 'see' and say anything the programmer wants. Who can prove we're not breeding the "Aliens" right here on the planet in the "DUMB" bases, creating the 'witnesses' to the great ships in the next building and the videos Hollywood style?
Not to mention creating a great source of revenue capitalizing on the very lucrative book market.

If they're truly altuistic, 'allies of humanity', or whatever, why sell the key information?

What pains me was his overriding military mindset and encouraging those that believe the only way out of this mess is through yet another bloody revolution. Paradoxically, the same vehicle for population problems chosen, too many times already, by the very Secret Societies of which he wrote.

In the last century alone, two great leaders, Ghandi and M.L. King, proved this to not be the case.

Have we not learned anything in these past 100 years?

Cooper was almost harder on the sheeple than he was on the elite rulers. Cooper was a mostly well balanced loose cannon. I'm not into the revolution and running in the streets thing! I do like the idea of people learning to research and think for themselves...and not allow themselves to be led like sheep to the slaughter. I like the idea of elevating the entire human race...including the elites.

Considering the numerous black holes of disinformation swirling throughout the vast universe of truths, it's a wonder that any of us can stand with much confidence on our respective foundations of "truth".

Cooper, to his great credit, was open to changing his perspectives. As pointed out below the 'elites' too, desperately need to have their eyes opened and realize they've already been led to their and our economic slaughter with the empty promise of greater short term profits.

Who will be their customers when all their employees have been replaced by cheaper labor? All they need do is review the fall of the last Roman empire via an unsanitized reference to see the fate chosen for them.

Furthermore, their families and vast holdings too will be sacrificed if it suits their European masters, in much the same manner as the elites, Freemasons included, were obliterated during WWII.
