Looks like some sort of rocket. Strange trajectory though, you can see it went up and then down then up again. A test flight of some kind would be my guess, thanks for posting.. N

That maybe the case BUT China has nothing official scheduled until Monday 15th October 2018 & Their last one was on the 9th which was of two Yaogan reconaissance satellites. Make of that what you will...
