I don't know what's this thing is. It has been shot two days ago in Siberia. Some say it is a missile launch, but you know...

What's interesting here - they report seeing something very similar some time ago last summer in Kazakhstan - ex-USSR state:

So, even if it is the space launch it looks nice and still it's not clear if it was reported or unreported officially - like the famous recent California rocket launch.

The effect in the photos looks similar to an event Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou China

WOW! and Yes, they look like the same thing!

What about this? Check it out especially from around 3:35. Could it be the same thing?

Very interesting indeed. There seem to be ribbons of ionized gas (plasma) issuing from the nose and body of this aircraft.

I recall reading about some Russian research showing that projecting plasma ahead of an aircraft reduced the drag of the bow shockwave, which could thus greatly increase speed. This would be very useful for hypersonic aircraft. Perhaps this is what we're seeing here.

Yes, looks like this really was a launch, and it's for sure might be connected with this new plasma tech, nice find str8thinker!
