Synopsis
Oh boy. This one’s a brain twister.

We’ve got a scientist explaining spirituality. Or rather, a psychotherapist explaining quantum physics.

Synchronicity: The mind does a back flip when it happens, that tear in the veil. Something in your environment has just sent you a very strong, very personal message. “Who’s hearing my thoughts?” You wonder. “Who’s communicating with me?” You’ve just experienced intelligence in the ether, and things will never be the same.

But Dr. Kirby Surprise says we are creating these experiences. He says we affect change in our environment by paying attention to it – that this fact is now accepted science.

So, okay. Let’s say you’re driving down the road and mentally ask the universe, “Stop and get gas, or wait until later?” Then as you’re watching the trees go by a sign pops up on the side of the road. It says, “Gas up now. Straight ahead.” Well, that’s a clear answer to your question and you’ve just had a synchronistic experience. Right?

Yes, and no, Surprise seems to say. Apparently we use our intelligence to project the answer we want.

But he also says there’s a seamless mesh of our minds and the environment; that separation is an illusion. “Synchronistic experiences are tiny versions of enlightenment. They allow us to understand that there is no separation of us and the universe.”

Synchronicity occurs when our conscious minds are in communication with our unconscious minds, and receive an answer, he’s saying. By observing our environment with the question in mind, we engender a response in 3-D.

Surprise says stimulants like coffee help us experience more and stronger synchronicities, and that depressants such as alcohol suppress them. He says we can generate synchronicities at will, and tells us how.

Enlightening discussion, although it’s a bummer to find out that the information coming through is “only as intelligent as the person perceiving it.”

The NSA is a data center to house a 512 qubit quantum computer capable of learning, reproducing the brain’s cognitive functions, and programming itself.

The National Security Center is building a highly fortified $2 Billion highly top secret complex simply named the “Utah Data Center” which will soon be home to the Hydrogen bomb of cybersecurity – A 512 Qubit Quantum Computer — which will revitalize the “total information awareness” program originally envisioned by George Bush in 2003.

The news of the data center comes after Department of Defense contractor Lockheed Martin secured a contract with D-Wave for $10 million for a 512 qubit Quantum Computer code-named Vesuvius.

Vesuvius is capable of executing a massive number of computations at once, more than 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 0, which is would take millions of years on a standard desktop.

The computer will be able to crack crack even the most secure encryption and will give the US government a quantum leap into technologies once only dreamed of including the rise of the world’s very first all-knowing omniscient self-teaching artificial intelligence.

The D-Wave Quantum computer boasts of a wide array of features including:

Binary classification– Enables the quantum computer to be fed vast amounts of complex input data, including text, images, and videos and label the material

Quantum Unsupervised Feature Learning QUFL–Enables the computer to learn on its own, as well as create and optimize its own programs to make itself run more efficiently.

Temporal QUFL – Enables the Computer to predict the future based in information it learns through Binary classification and the QUFL feature.

Artificial Intelligence Via Quantum Neural Network – Enables the computer to completely reconstruct the human brain’s cognitive processes and teach itself how to make better decisions and better predict the future based.

Synopsis
This interview with Sgt. Clifford Stone was filmed at the 2012 International UFO Congress.

"My name is Sergeant 1st Class, US Army, Clifford Stone. I had a secret clearance with nuclear assurity. I was called in on special operations, I participated in crash recovery missions. There were bodies involved. Some were alive. While we were doing this, we were telling the world there was nothing to it."

Wow. It's great to hear from someone who's actually worked with crashed UFOs, and the ETs found on board. Retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years, Sgt. Stone has been revealing what he saw and knows since Dr. Steven Greer's 2001 National Press Club DISCLOSURE PROJECT conference. You've seen the YouTube footage (over a billion views, Mel says). Stone is the guy whose answer to a question is that the government has catalogued at least 57 ET species.

Stone was trained to be an ET first responder. He had a kind of field guide to ET types and how to keep them alive until medics arrived.

Stone was also an interfacer, brought in to communicate with live EBEs; telepathically, of course.

Like so many whose lives become entangled with ET realities, Stone hints that he was probably cultivated from a young age for future assignments. He talks about one strange "training mission" to "Florida," where they came upon Grays at a gently placed, but shrapnel spewed B-52 in what was likely a Cambodian jungle. "CLIF-FORD. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" He is asked, telepathically.

We hear about a downed craft in Virginia, of all places, where Stone was brought in to interface with an EBE. The little guy exuded fear. He asked Stone for help. Said there was a big problem ahead. Stone got ET home, safe and sound.

Why are we seeing so many UFOs these days, Mel asks.

"I think they know something we don't, and that's the part that worries me," says Stone.

Stone has amassed over 500 million pages of documents in support of his case that the U.S. has been involved with ETs since the early 40s, if not before, and he's still at it. He's got a new book out that he hopes will encourage others to reveal their ET experiences.

"Our visitors have rogue elements with access to technology," Stone says. "But with that said, if any of these rogue elements were to threaten us, others would come to our aid and neutralize that threat. That may be what's happening out in space. Something is.

"Someone needs to come and say: 'First of all don't panic, but here's the facts.' That will be the start of disclosure. Otherwise some event is going to happen that thousands of people will witness. A lot of people will panic and we'll be our own worst enemies.

"I want my message to be one of enlightenment, and hope for a new beginning and a brighter future. Yes they're here. They're not hostile. They are very spiritually and technologically evolved. They mean us no harm."

You are looking at an actual photograph from the surface of the planet Venus. Though obtained from a NASA web page, this is not a NASA photo. It is a Soviet era photo. Try as you may, you cannot find such a photo made by a NASA spacecraft. Why? Because NASA has never made a successful landing on Venus with a craft capable of taking photos and transmitting them back to Earth. They did make an accidental landing of a probe (Pioneer Venus 1). It was accidental because the Pioneer Venus 1 dropped off 4 probes that were not designed to survive all the way down to the surface—but one did. The others were destroyed by the immense heat and pressure of the atmosphere. So, NASA accidentally dropped something on Venus, but the Russians actually landed there.

Not only did the Russians successfully land on Venus, they did it 10 times! And that, my friends, is a gigantic mystery.

The Russian space scientists and engineers are among the best in history. They were the first to put anything at all into orbit around Earth. They were the first to put a man in space, and he was the first man to orbit the Earth. They were the first to send spacecraft to the moon. They were the first to build a space station and to fly it successfully. By the way, it was not a Mir space station. It was the Alma spy space station.

So, with all that massive success in space, why do I say it is a mystery that they have landed successfully on Venus ten times?

Well, here is the mystery.

Leaving Earth, Venus is the next planet toward the sun. Let’s say it is our next door neighbor on the left. Mars is the next planet away from the sun. Let’s say it is our next door neighbor to the right.

When leaving the driveway and headed to the left (to Venus), Russia has tremendous success, success NASA has not had, and accomplished what NASA has not even tried. When Russia leaves the driveway and heads to the right (to Mars), they have an almost 90% failure rate. How can that even be possible?

America is hitchhiking aboard Russian spacecraft in order to transport astronauts to and from the International Space Station. The Russians are still flying in space and NASA is not. Russia is flying the Soyuz (Soviet era) spacecraft which is renowned as one of the safest and most reliable spacecraft ever flown. Their science and engineering is virtually peerless. Yet, there is a disturbing and mysterious fact that is inexplicable: they can successfully send spacecraft anywhere they want—except to Mars.

This fact is so glaringly obvious that is impossible to overlook. It is so out of step that it rises to the level of extremely suspicious.

Vladimir Putin has grumbled that he thinks this strange fact is due to sabotage. He has not stated publically whom he believes the suspect(s) to be, but he has raised the possibility that the Russian space missions to Mars are being purposely sabotaged.

Is such a thing really possible? We are talking about decades of Russian attempts to send spacecraft to Mars. If the Russian missions to Mars are being sabotaged, we are talking about a decades long operation that has remained unexposed against all odds. Whether the ostensible saboteurs are Russian space program insiders, or agents of a foreign government, it is rather a stretch to think such an operation could remain undiscovered over such a long period of time. Anything is possible, of course, but everything is not likely.

So what else could account for this strange disparity between the Russian space program to Venus and their program to Mars? They can land on Venus just about anytime they want while they can’t even get to Mars. What’s up with that?

I have no answers or solutions to this mystery, but it is a mystery that certainly has my attention. It is a mystery that genuinely merits investigation.

What we know so far:

All electronic equipment failing within 200 meters of the object, possible EMP shielding device.

Completely circular plate-like exterior, 180 metres in circumference.

Portal or Hatch on top of the object which leads inside the annomoly.

Object is 200ft accross mushroom shaped comprising a thick pillar rising 8 metres out of the seabed with a 4 metre thick dome on top (like a mushroom shape) -- rising a total of 12 metres (approx 40 feet) high above the surrounding seabed.

Cavities-like corridors inside the object.

Straight and smooth walls in certain areas with many right angles.

There are visible formations on top of the object, which are set at a 90 degree angle and look like passageways or walls, as well as something that looks like it could be a staircase.

Stone circles, like "fireplaces", of hard black "almost petrified" burnt looking stone each a few inches in diameter, like 4 or 5 pearls in a necklace in various arrangements on top of the dome.

Spherical object nicknamed "The Meringue" is 4 metres wide and sits on top of the object.

Twenty-five centimetre hole on top of the object, it's not known yet where it leads or what if anything is inside.

Long runway or "skid marks" leading to object point north.

Not sure whether the ejected object is a natural occurrence or not, never seen that type of ejection before, looks kind of weird to me especially with UFOs watching. The object looks like it has a shape to it too, almost like a craft of some sort travelling at a colossal speed, and leaving a vapout trail. It cannot be a gas or plasma emission in my opinion. Just before the object leaves the Sun a funnel type phenomena is seen, and then the object seems to shoot out of it, possibly like a solar tunnel, or perhaps like a bullet leaving the barrel of a gun. "Ratline" is the documented history about the mechanisms by which thousands of other Nazi war criminals fled to the remotest parts of the globe--including quite possibly Adolf Hitler.

It is a story involving Soviet spies, Nazi priests, and a network of Catholic monasteries and safe houses known as the rat line. The name of one priest in particular, Monsignor Draganovic, was discovered by the author in a diary found in Indonesia. Why would this name turn up in a document written in a spidery German hand in a remote island in Indonesia?

As famed author Peter Levenda began his research, more information came to light: In December of 2009, it was revealed that the skull the Russians claimed was Hitler's--salvaged from the bunker in 1945--was not that of Hitler! In 2010, files from the Office of Special Investigations of the Justice Department were declassified, revealing a history of American intelligence providing cover for Nazi war criminals.

PASADENA, Calif. - NASA's Dawn spacecraft is on track to become the first probe to orbit and study two distant solar system destinations, to help scientists answer questions about the formation of our solar system. The spacecraft is scheduled to leave the giant asteroid Vesta on Sept. 4 PDT (Sept. 5 EDT) to start its two-and-a-half-year journey to the dwarf planet Ceres.

Dawn began its 3-billion-mile (5-billion kilometer) odyssey to explore the two most massive objects in the main asteroid belt in 2007. Dawn arrived at Vesta in July 2011 and will reach Ceres in early 2015. Dawn's targets represent two icons of the asteroid belt that have been witness to much of our solar system's history.

To make its escape from Vesta, the spacecraft will spiral away as gently as it arrived, using a special, hyper-efficient system called ion propulsion. Dawn's ion propulsion system uses electricity to ionize xenon to generate thrust. The 12-inch-wide ion thrusters provide less power than conventional engines, but can maintain thrust for months at a time.

"Thrust is engaged, and we are now climbing away from Vesta atop a blue-green pillar of xenon ions," said Marc Rayman, Dawn's chief engineer and mission director, at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. "We are feeling somewhat wistful about concluding a fantastically productive and exciting exploration of Vesta, but now have our sights set on dwarf planet Ceres.

Dawn's orbit provided close-up views of Vesta, revealing unprecedented detail about the giant asteroid. The mission revealed that Vesta completely melted in the past, forming a layered body with an iron core. The spacecraft also revealed the scarring from titanic collisions Vesta suffered in its southern hemisphere, surviving not one but two colossal impacts in the last two billion years. Without Dawn, scientists would not have known about the dramatic troughs sculpted around Vesta, which are ripples from the two south polar impacts.

"We went to Vesta to fill in the blanks of our knowledge about the early history of our solar system," said Christopher Russell, Dawn's principal investigator, based at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). "Dawn has filled in those pages, and more, revealing to us how special Vesta is as a survivor from the earliest days of the solar system. We can now say with certainty that Vesta resembles a small planet more closely than a typical asteroid."

The mission to Vesta and Ceres is managed by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., for the agency's Science Mission Directorate in Washington. Dawn is a project of the directorate's Discovery Program, which is managed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.

UCLA is responsible for the overall Dawn mission science. Orbital Sciences Corp. of Dulles, Va., designed and built the spacecraft. The German Aerospace Center, the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research, the Italian Space Agency and the Italian National Astrophysical Institute are part of the mission's team. The California Institute of Technology in Pasadena manages JPL for NASA.

Further, this form of ignorance is critical in building an inequitable two-party class system wherein one class ends up ruling over the other.

This imposed model of dichotomy facilitates, and therefore continually re-creates the master-and-slave construct, whether we refer to it as serfdom, class warfare, breakaway civilization, or the manufactured gap between the 1% and the 99%. In either or every case, proper knowledge and the ability to control, constrict, restrict and censor the flow and use of that knowledge, is where the real power over others lies. In more distilled terms, secrecy from them = bad for us—even where cosmology is concerned. There have been many UFO cases addressed on various television documentaries throughout the years. Many of these are forgettable, many are biased, and then there are a few that present the facts as they are.

One of the latter was presented by the MUFON organization in October, 2008. The special was carried by the Discovery Channel. Titled "UFOs over Earth," the hour long show addressed an extremely compelling case of UFO sightings, an alien encounter, and possible alien abduction.
On January 8, 2007, this baffling case began in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on the banks of the Cape Fear River.

The main witness in this case is one Chris Bledsoe Sr. Bledsoe, a successful builder and commercial pilot, was well liked and respected in his community. On the day of the strange events, he was fishing with four other men, Donny Ackerman, Gene Robinson, David McDonald. and Chris Bledsoe Jr. The relationship between Bledsoe and the other three men was not addressed fully on the TV program, but Mr. Bledsoe informed me that Ackerman, Robinson, and McDonald worked for him as framing subcontractors, and had just finished a large beach home and gotten paid the day of the encounter.
They invited Chris Sr. and Jr. to go fishing with them. Bledsoe Sr. said, "Why not?" as his wife and three other children were out of town that day. They all rode to the fishing spot in Bledsoe's four door pickup truck because it was a four-wheel drive, and could maneuver in the muddy banks of the river.
Bledsoe took a walk away from the fishing spot, and spotted three UFOs. He returned to the fishing spot, and pointed out the objects to the other three men. They were frightened by the UFOs, and quickly left the river, seeing the objects again. After Bledsoe arrived home, and went out into his backyard to find out why his dogs were barking. He followed them into the woods, and saw an alien being.

After the basic details of Bledsoe's encounter were taken by MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) investigators, the UFO group was anxious to gather testimony from Bledsoe's fishing buddies, but they had trouble locating the three for a time.

This, by no means, lessens the validity of their eyewitness accounts. Rating the authenticity of a UFO sighting as to the social status of a witness was employed by Project Blue Book in the 1960s, and was eventually found to be faulty. There is no evidence at this time to suggest that they made up their stories, or conspired to create a hoax. If they did, they did a remarkable job. All of the accounts given by the three regarding the sighting of the three unknown flying objects were almost identical.

Christopher Bledsoe is a commercial pilot, and from 1986 to 2005 owned an award winning construction business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was nominated as Businessman of the Year in 2003 by the National Republican Congressional Committee and was invited to President George Bush's inauguration. He is a rescue scuba diver and, prior to his "experience," was a noted hunter on record as having killed one of the largest bears in North Carolina.

In January 2007, Chris, his son Chris Jr. and three of of his subcontractors, Donny Ackerman, Gene Robinson, and David McDonald witnessed a series of terrifying sightings of unexplained phenomena. They were investigated by the organization MUFON and a scientist from the Space Industry.
Their experience was featured on the Discovery Channel's 2008 series UFOs Over Earth: The Fayetteville Incident.
