"And in order for him to legally be able to trade them for you, the stocks were placed under their "street name".
I.e. they're in the name of the brokerage, but they're just holding them in trust and trading them for you.
And you're in reality the beneficiary rather than the owner.

Now, it appears the rules were then changed so the brokers are not allowed any longer to put the stocks in their own name.
Instead, what they typically do is to put the stocks into the name of "Cede and Company" or "Cede & Co" or some such variation.
And the broker might tell you that it is just a fictitious name, and will explain why it is really more practical to do that than to put it in your name."

if you're inside the stock exchange system, there's, technically, nothing really dubious with this

on the other hand
the god of the stock exchange(s) is their mr. Lucifer

that's what really wrong with Wallstreet c.s.

Jeez. Check this out. Turns out somebody made a crazy bet on Bear Stearns. And the trail leads to DTCC.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jROtFPhiFGU&feature=player_embedded

"On Tuesday, March 11th, 2008, somebody – nobody knows who – made one of the craziest bets Wall Street has ever seen. The mystery figure spent $1.7 million on a series of options, gambling that shares in the venerable investment bank Bear Stearns would lose more than half of their value in nine days or less. It was madness – “like buying 1.7 million lottery tickets,” according to one financial analyst.”

Taibbi continues: “The SEC’s halfhearted oversight didn’t go unnoticed by the market. Six months after Bear was eaten by predators, virtually the same scenario repeated itself in the case of Lehman Brothers – another top-five investment bank that in September 2008 was vaporized in an obvious case of [naked short sellers engaging in] market manipulation. From there, the financial crisis was on, and the global economy went into full-blow crater mode.”

"If the Wall Street Bankers are the equivalent of a serial murderer, then DTCC is the equivalent of the Hudson River where the bodies are dumped. So why aren't the authorities dredging DTCC's records for criminal evidence. Maybe because the so-called authorities such as the Fed, the Treasury Departmenat and the SEC are all part of the criminal conspiracy. And Congress, well they've been bought off or intimidated into silence."

We have come to a point that economic extortion/blackmail/false allegations/theft is a normal thing to do in Wall street. But if you dare do it out side that - prison baby ...

Great just great ... they dont even judge it in this show its all normal what they are doing ... lovely.

Is there anyone out there that doubts the system is completely corrupt and run by sophisticated, organized criminals? If the answer is yes, why aren't those doubters paying attention? If the answer is no, why don't we stop these criminals?

This is the best way to stop them. Here at Avalon trying to start something new. Focus on an alternative that does not include their current behaviour. They are not relevent anymore.

Heres a good example: During Bush Sr's administration it was decided it might be seen a conflict of interest for an FHLB to both insure and regulate Savings & Loans. So, the regulatory staff at the FHLB moved to a beautiful new building, got beautiful new letterhead, and the "old gang" became the "new agency". Smoke and mirrors. How to stop this? I sometimes think Anton Mesmer speaks to me and tells me to listen to Mozart. If only he would arrive on the scene with some friends.

Oh, and by the way, another "old gang" set about the task of redistributing stolen assets at the RTC.

Food for thought.

Can you expand the acronyms and explain how you know about this story? I think that would be helpful.

I am a fan of Alex Collier, so I understand something about this philosophy, but I don't see focusing on an alternative changing much in this case. Unless we can focus on a completely different paradigm that has little in common with life as we know it, they remain relevant. They are sociopaths. Wishing away sociopaths is not going to work. Ignoring them will not work. You have to actively identify them to all of society, and then ensure that they cannot occupy positions of leadership and control.

So, you might say I am already tightly focused on the above alternative. But that is not sufficient. Unless millions of other people are also focused on the same alternative, it will never happen. And this must be accomplished while sociopaths pursue a sophisticated and pervasive program specifically designed to impede our focus.

Do you still think it is so simple?

Hi Chicodoodoo

I guess its just my experience im going with. Tried for years to wake people up. Close family and a best mate got it but most dont want it. They are not interested. Period. But not because our alternative is undesrable from their point of view. Its just that they dont belive our alternative will be any different from their circumsatnces now. They just need to see results.

So I just do my thing. Not a big cosumer, organic veg, try be community spirrtted, tell people the truth only if asked, try have some sort of spitual part to my life, evolve, just try and be the change I want to see. All the simple stuff that probably the majority on Avalon are doing (and im no expert in any of these fields). And guess what!! Im doin great and everyone now comin up to me askin how do you stay so fit? What do eat? How did you know to sell your house before the crash? How did you know that was goin to happen before it did? Why are you not stressed out like the rest of us? Whats the number of that farm you get the organic veggies from? WHy dont you watch TV, thats wierd? Now people are really curious.

This indirect approach to waking people up has worked for me. Rather than goin on to folk about the NWO im now trying to tell them the positive stuff that happens when you wake up.Your experience may be different but I am learning that living this stuff gets the word out quicker. I try to live my life the way i think is reponsible ( im no angel and make plenty mistakes) and my contributions to the wider world is suportting things like Avalon.

I respect you viewpoint and it would be great if we could deal with these folks, I supose thats why I keep an I on the alternative leaders like Bill, Kerry Icke et all.
If we do come come up with a plan to stop them Ill be standin next to you mate. :)

Your experience may be different but I am learning that living this stuff gets the word out quicker.

My experience is almost a mirror image of what you describe, and it is true that leading by example has great value, but it will not overcome the problem of sociopaths in controlling positions. This problem is too big, too entrenched, and too successful to be solved by some of us doing our own thing. It will only be solved when a majority is doing the same thing -- cooperating to identify the sociopaths and disallow their destructive participation. It is no accident that sociopaths employ a divide and conquer strategy. This problem can only be solved by unity, and the controlling sociopaths are doing everything that they can to prevent that.

I have no doubt that you and I and many others will be standing together, once we all have a clear picture of the problem and the solution. That's really all that stands in our way.

Before we tend to things we are pre-tending. I think the humans with their head in the sand are kind of pretending.

Once the circumstances change they will decide to face it. Not all but a massive amount. I at least already saw a significant change in response over the past 3 years of the choke hold. lol

It is somewhat impressive and now that we are in the 10s of millions, that can get out of control into 100's of millions in a fairly quick period, i suspect. A few more scares and those (say) 10 million will trigger a few people each. Bam 30 million. I know its a bit more complicated with the layers of consciousness.

People want to get what they can from the illusion while they still can. I think there's more of us than we might think.

This is a huge crime, and the identity of the crooks can simply be looked up in a database, and it hasn't been done! This means those responsible for policing insider trading have either been bribed, or they are complicit in the crime. In other words, they are crooks, too. In a nutshell, the criminals are in complete control, and they will rob us blind until we stop them.

We are in a kleptocracy where the elites are on a dripfeed for all they need, which we provide.
Not that you don't know that, but I posted this for other readers.

20 Trillion dollars. It's absurd. If 95% of the money cycle in the world is purely financial, then it's 95% of 20 Trillions that has nothing to do with product and services.

All that power based on convention and agreement. It's totally absurd, but quite real.

We need a financial revolution big time, where the elite in command would cultivate the land bare handed.

Namaste, Steven
