deek jackson has come up with a interesting concept.........

this is what he says...........

The Land Party is a new political party representing the people of the UK.
The UK is not our nation , we do not own it, the land of the nation is not held for our benefit nor on our behalf.
From the day we are born we are Peasants, with no right to the very essence of our nation.
Yet we are extolled to work, pay tax, fight and if necessary die to defend it.
We are liable for the debts of our nation, we are the mass of people from whom business extracts its profits.
We live in the 24 million homes on 7% of the land, unable to live by our own means.
We have little choice but to take part in economic slavery.
Our basic need for shelter must be provided by market forces supplying our homes to us for as much profit as the market can bear. These homes are not built for you to “live” in ,they are built for you to sleep in after work. They have no means to make energy, there is little or no facility to grow your food. Instead our food is flown in from around the world, manufactured on an industrial scale using the cheap labour of other Peasants in other lands. Our energy is suppllied by hugely profitable multinationals at great expense to us and the Earth. Even the supply of water makes vast profits. Our lives have been reduced to a collection of utility bills and what we do to earn money.
We are educated to take part not to be self reliant, there are no classes in building your home, growing your food, dealing with your waste, making your own energy. Even though these things can be done simply and effectively. We are kept like livestock, wholly dependent on our owners supplying our needs. Our laws and institutions are run by and for the few families who do own the land. 6000 people own 70% of all the land in our nation. Until recently (1914) these were the only people allowed to vote, wield power or hold office.
To remedy these iniquities Peasants must escape the treadmill of work ,tax and exploitation. It is for this purpose that the LP exists. To take back the land, to give people the right to live on and from it. To remove the need to “work” for our lives and replace it with a right to have a life. A life where we look after ourselves , provide for ourselves and have no need of masters Lords or owners.
The mission of the Land Party UK is to bring about Landocracy – A political and economic system based on equal rights and responsibilities to land. Free people with their own independent means leading self reliant lives, may choose ideologies for themselves. They may trade their surplus, take a job, buy things they dont need. In a Landocracy These things will be a choice not a need.

Land Party Constitution.
Earth is our home and we undertake to make the most of all of it, for all of us
The mission of the Landless Peasant Party UK is to bring about Landocracy -
A political and economic system based on equal rights and responsibilities to land.
The wealth of our nation is owned by a tiny fraction of our population. The UK has 60 million acres of land – 70% of this is owned by 1% of the population.
Just 6,000 or so landowners — mostly aristocrats, own about 40 million acres, two thirds of the UK. 60 million people live in 24 million “dwellings, These 24 million dwellings sit on approx 4.4 million acres (7.7% of the land). The imbalance of land and wealth ownership is repeated all over the world. As far as we know there is only one planet that supports life in all of the Universe. We destroy large parts of it to make money for people who already have unimaginable wealth.. are we that stupid, are we the pets of some small group of wealthy families or our we able to look after ourselves ? Vote land Party, for a world that makes sense, a world that looks after itself a world that we all own.

.................................................. .so he want's to buy back the land , bit by bit just like the caravan club of GB who actually own a peice of land every 30 miles in the uk.

good idea maybe ? but has he heard of allodial title which states................

Allodial title, a system in which real property is owned absolutely free and clear of any superior landlord or sovereign. True allodial title is rare, with most property ownership in the common law world (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States) being in fee simple. Allodial title is alienable, in that it may be conveyed, devised, gifted, or mortgaged by the owner, and may also be distressed and restrained for collection of taxes or private debts, or condemned (eminent domain) by the government.
Feudal land tenure, a system of mutual obligations under which a royal or noble personage granted a fiefdom — some degree of interest in the use or revenues of a given parcel of land — in exchange for a claim on services such as military service or simply maintenance of the land in which the lord continued to have an interest. This pattern obtained from the level of high nobility as vassals of a monarch down to lesser nobility whose only vassals were their serfs.
Fee simple. Under common law, this is the most complete ownership interest one can have in real property, other than the rare Allodial title. The holder can typically freely sell or otherwise transfer that interest or use it to secure a mortgage loan. This picture of "complete ownership" is, of course, complicated by the obligation in most places to pay a property tax and by the fact that if the land is mortgaged, there will be a claim on it in the form of a lien. In modern societies, this is the most common form of land ownership.
Native title. In Australia, native title is a common law concept that recognizes that some indigenous people have certain land rights that derive from their traditional laws and customs.[3] Native title can co-exist with non-indigenous proprietary rights and in some cases different indigenous groups can exercise their native title over the same land.
Life estate. Under common law, this is an interest in real property that ends at death. The holder has the use of the land for life, but typically no ability to transfer that interest or to use it to secure a mortgage loan.
