A health warning has been issued for England and Wales over high levels of smog during the Easter weekend.Very strange this is something we dont usually have a problem with

We have been told told that warm and wind-free conditions brought on by the high pressure system are causing the problem, say officials at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).mmmmmmmmm

Most at risk are asthma sufferers.

Defra says some people could be affected by the high pollution levels and may notice an impact on their breathing.

People are being advised to take "sensible precautions".

These include avoiding taking exercise outside in the afternoon and not taking unnecessary short car journeys - in an attempt to help reduce the build-up of ozone.

My chest has actually started tightening up over the last couple of days, last night i left my bedroom window open and woke up in the middle of the night to use my inhaler. And my chest has been the same today.
