Hello Friends ! :) Just arrived from a healing session called the »Divine Diamond». I went with a friend, because I like to trade impressions when I go to these events. Actually, it was my first time in a group healing...
Lots of matress on the floor, much like in a yoga class, were welcoming us as we arrived in one of the big rooms of the Hindu Temple, here in Lisbon.

Seated on the floor was Aniruddhan, a very nice man, that is face of this free healing project.

I lmust say I loved the experience. It was a pleasant surprise the way he guided us through the five steps of the energy healing meditation.

After the 1H 30M session , we all started to talk about our «sensations» during the delicious indian vegetarian dinner :)

I liked so much and feel so good that i signed up for the next time :) LOL

PS . Here bellow I posted some Info about the «Divine Diamond», so people know what it is.

---------------

Aniruddhan, founder of the Divine Diamond Institute, prayed for many years to be able to share universal healing with groups of any size. In answer to this prayer, he was gifted with the ability to facilitate others’ experience of what he calls the Divine Diamond, which is part of us all.

The Divine Diamond is a manifestation of Divine Love — a living, conscious, feminine, sacred geometric light/energy that is nothing short of our truest essence. It’s called the Divine Diamond because its nourishing light/energy is like a sun or star coming to us through a diamond that filters the energy in a myriad of ways best for each of us.

When you experience the Divine Diamond, especially in groups, it manifests in the room, in the group, in you. Giving its living, conscious nature, it communicates with every cell in your body and with your consciousness. It can literally bring higher consciousness from beyond the 4th dimension into a room and into your body and can facilitate great transformation.

The Divine Diamond is part of the supra-conscious mystery of life, part of the light of creation (the light which emerged from the mystery), the structure by which everything is manifested, like the DNA of Divinity.

Ultimately, the Divine Diamond is a mystery but one that can profoundly change those who experience it, as explained in the video above.

QUIETING ONES MIND :rant:

What are three ways to quiet my mind?

The three ways to quiet my mind are; first get enough sleep :sleep: second get regular physical exercise :cheer2: and lastly get regular doses of positive of human contact. :hug:

THEN YOUR READY TO:

BREATH DIVINE DIAMOND INVOCATION (15-20 seconds)
With your eyes open or closed...

* 1st Breath
* INHALATION: Invoke the Daimond "Twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are, up above the world so high, like a Diamond in the."
* EXHALATION: Acknowledge Divinity in whatever form you choose (ie God, Christ, Mother Mary, Arch Angels, Shiva, Buddha etc.
* 2nd Breath
* INHALATION: Feel the expansion of your Divine heart opening into innocence
* EXHALATION: Om Zero (said siliently or out loud once or 3 times)
* 3rd Breath
* INHALATION: Set your intention and then choose a Divine Attribute (Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, Grace etc) feeling it deep in your heart.
* EXHALATION: Full understanding 'It is done!" and let go of the outcome.

Hindus had many myths and legends relating to diamonds.
How come diamonds has an important role in ancient India?

India is widely regarded as the first place diamonds were found and mined, some 4,500 years ago. Ancient Indians frequently used diamonds to decorate their statues, inlaying them in the eyes of their Hindu idols. They believed that diamonds were formed by lightning striking rock. The word "vajra", meaning diamond, is the origin of the word for "vajrayudham" meaning thunderbolt. In Hindu stories, Indra uses “Vajrayudham”, as a weapon. Interestingly, there are a total of 14 Hindu names that refer to diamonds.

As Hindu symbols and ceremonies were incorporated into Buddhism, the diamond became a Buddhist symbol of pious virtue. The famous Buddhist poem, "Questions of King Milinda", uses diamonds as a metaphor for purity, strength, honesty, and wisdom.

The oldest known dated print book in the world - which is still in existence- is an ancient Buddhist text known as the Diamond Sutra. It dates back to 868 A.D. It is one of the most sacred books of Buddhism, describing many of Buddha's teachings. It includes a passage stating that a “diamond blade will cut through worldly illusion to illuminate what is real.”

Today there is a group of Buddhists that call themselves "Diamond Way Buddhists" who claim to adapt KArma Kagyu to modern life.
-----------------
In Tantric Buddhism, the diamond symbolizes an invariable and all-conquering spiritual force. The Tibetan word for diamond, dordje, means "Queen of Stones".
--------------------------
At some point in India, different classes of people were allowed to own diamonds of only a specific color. Priests and rulers owned white diamonds, landowners and warriors owned brown, merchants owned yellow and the lower class owned gray. Only royalty was allowed to own diamonds of every color.
-----------------
It was also believed that Hindu men should avoid contact with any warped, cracked, or misshapen diamond. This apparently was a bad-luck omen. It was thought that it could even deprive Indra of his highest heaven. The original shape of the stone was also considered to be extremely important, especially in ancient times when very very few diamonds were cut.

It was believed that triangular stones caused quarrels, square stones caused frights and terrors in their wearer, and five-cornered stones were believed to be the bearers of death. The only positive diamond shape was thought to be the six-cornered diamond which apparently brought good luck.

--------------

Hindu physicians claimed that the diamond actually had flavors- they believed it was sweet, salty, pungent, bitter, and acrid. Since it united all of these flavors, they consequently believed it to be a stone with powers to cure almost any ailment. Some physicians placed it on the heads of ill patients to reduce fever; others placed it on the stomach to cure digestive problems.

Apparently if one were to hold it in his right hand, the diamond could protect against insanity, although if held tightly in the left hand, it was believed to have the potential to stiffen muscles and tendons and cause a seizures.

All you wanted to know about Diamonds, but didn't even think to ask... :)

The spiritual is just the other side of the coin. So, the cientific side should never be disregarded in spiritual matters.
